• Tracking numbers are assigned after the order has been packaged. 

 Before signing for merchandise

• It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging and the contents inside for damage before signing.
• IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED YOU SHOULD REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT SIGN. YOU MUST STATE ON THE BOL (bill of lading) WHY IT WAS REFUSED AND TAKE PICTURES.
•  Pictures should be taken before and after removal of packaging. 
•  Any damage to packaging or contents inside needs to be reported on the BOL. 
•  Texas Truck LLC is not responsible for claims against carriers if the proper precautions were not taken before signing for freight.  
•  Texas Truck LLC will not initiate claims against carriers till we have received the following. 

1. Pictures before and after contents have been unpackaged.
2. Updated freight bill stating all damages done by carrier.
3. A completed carrier inspection form, noting all damages.
