Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, but please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.

Deposit Policy

In order to secure your desired truck part or accessory, we require a deposit. Please be aware that ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy ensures that we can reserve the item for you and prevent any potential loss of sales.

Hold Time

Once a deposit is made, we will hold the item for you for a period of 7 days. This allows you sufficient time to arrange for pickup or delivery. After the 7-day hold period, if the item has not been collected, we reserve the right to release it for sale to other customers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. They are in place to maintain fairness and efficiency for all our valued customers. If you have any questions or concerns, or need to make special arrangements please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Paid for Items

Once items are paid for they must be picked up within 2 weeks, unless you reach out and make special arrangements. Otherwise you will forfeit your purchase, we are not a storage facility.

We are always more than willing to work with people on timelines as long as you communicate your plans for pickup with us. We are also willing to make plans outside of normal business hours to accommodate customers needs.
