It does not make a difference if your truck is four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive. The badges on the side are just stickers and make no mechanical difference.
This is off a 1980-1986 "Bullnose" body style truck but will also work on 1987-1997 "Bricknose" & "OBS" body style trucks, the only difference is cosmetically the way the wheel well arch is flared.
